We are recruiting a

Performing Arts Project Lead

11 hours per week, currently working Monday & Friday

£19,000-£21,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience/quals

25 days leave (5 weeks) plus bank holidays pro rata

Bring fresh vision to small groups of people who have a passion for Performing Arts and who wish to develop their skills, including: acting, improvisation, script writing, rehearsal and performance. The groups include people with learning difficulties and/or autism. You’ll discover Performing Arts together to produce meaningful performances. Working for a dynamic Social Enterprise, you’ll have great support and be joining a team of people who are looking for more than a job. There’s the opportunity to grow and develop the group within the role.

 If you have...

· Experience in project development and nurturing ideas through to production.

. A background working as a Practitioner in Performing Arts.

. Excellent communication skills.

. A drive and passion for equality.

· Skills to work flexibly and use your own initiative.

· A high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm to motivate others.
