Business Development Lead (full-time) - Medway and Swale

Salary: £27,000 per annum with 33 days annual leave  

Location: Medway and Swale

Fully-funded professional qualification, pension scheme, childcare vouchers

18 month duration; opportunity to continue based on evaluation and performance review

You'll lead on engaging employers across Medway and Swale to source and develop intern placements. Perfect for someone with a great track record engaging clients / employers, with a flair for matching the right person to the right opportunity and who enjoys building strong working relationships. Working for a dynamic social enterprise partnered with Medway and Kent Councils, the role puts you in touch with the UK’s leading Supported Employment experts. Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Marketing backgrounds are ideal.

We run Supported Internships - supporting young people age 16-24 into paid work.

We'll provide a thorough induction, supportive work setting and flexibility that matches your situation with our interns' needs. Levels of work go up or down according to interns' needs in the workplace. For this reason, work is likely but not guaranteed.

Experience in learning disability or autism is desirable, but not essential.
