It's wonderful when you've found a job! But it's also very important that you make the best start. Our Head Held High coaches can support you and your new employer in the workplace to make sure things go smoothly, so your job is a success in the long-term.
We can support with getting funding for any reasonable adjustments you need in the workplace to do your job.
We have a strong history of success with supporting people into jobs that last, often after long periods of unemployment.
Our coaches use their knowledge of local businesses and the community to match people to the right jobs. By establishing strong relationships with employers, we help people stay and progress in their chosen career.
How you can get support in your workplace
If you live in Swale, speak to your JobCentre Plus coach and ask about our support. You can also contact us directly and we may be able to offer support even if you do not have any funding. Use the form below or contact Helena Jennings on 07921 040027.
