A person's journey in Skillnet

This month, we got the workforce together for a training day - it was a chance to check in and learn from one another to make sure we are providing the best possible journey of support and progression for people with learning difficulties and/or autism.

It was uplifting to be a in a room with so many people saying that Skillnet felt like family, or that they hadn't worked in any job for so long until they joined Skillnet.

We are passionate about nurturing and supporting our workforce, and every person on our workforce has a genuine passion and care for those we work alongside.

We are delighted to have welcomed so many new recruits to the team over the past couple of months and will be taking the time to meet them (through the power of the internet and social media!) over the coming weeks and months.
