We are recruiting for a Senior Administrator!

We are recruiting for an:

Experienced Senior Administrator

To lead the administration support for our busy Central Team


Permanent. 37 hours/week.  Based in Canterbury

25 days leave (5 weeks) plus 8 Bank Holidays

£17,500 - £21,500 / annum (based upon experience/skills)


This exciting role would suit someone who flourishes when taking on multiple projects and tasks, who enjoys being a company’s first point of contact and can work flexibly with a changing workload. Experience of all common Senior Administration duties is essential, for example:  prioritising and planning workload, organising and facilitating Board meetings, secretarial support, minute taking, maintaining databases and accurate records, financial administration, confidently liaising with many different people and organisations, turning your hand to new tasks and an excellent understanding of ICT.

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for equality and who can grow and develop our administration ‘hub’ by bringing together a team of volunteers and interns so that it becomes a central base and a hot desk space for the poeple in our workforce.
